I love the shape and style of my sofa but to be honest it isn't that comfortable - the cushions are quite hard to sit on. Sofa.com were okay to deal with but I did have an issue with them over their original quote, which they did eventually agree to honour. The delivery team were not very helpful and I did not receive a telephone call prior to them arriving to deliver my sofa and chair, however they did deliver it during the time slot I had been allocated. Overall not a brilliant experience and I am not sure that I would buy from sofa.com again

Overall, very good. We had a problem regarding delivery dates caused by a fabric mix up at the factory but once the problem was elevated within Sofa.com, it was sorted out satisfactorily. A £200 refund was given, recognising our inconvenience and delay. This will not prevent us from using the company again as we are happy with our purchase. Without the mix up, we would have given at least 4 stars.
