Delivery to the Channel Islands
If you live in the Channel Islands you can place an order online or via the phone and arrange to have your items delivered to a nominated UK port for you to arrange your own onwards shipping and delivery. Please email our friendly team on email@example.com for further information or any help with this.

Once your item has been handcrafted to perfection, you’ll receive and email including your consignment number and a link to the tracking webpage so you can follow its onward journey! Please note that deliveries outside mainland UK will take longer than our standard delivery timescales but rest-assured we’ll get your order to you just as soon as we can. Hassle-free ordering and returns
We’ve made things simple. You can order safely via the website, over the phone or in person at one of our showrooms using any major credit or debit card.
We’re sure you’ll love your new item but if, for any reason, you wish to return it we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery date and we’ll come and collect it at a time that’s convenient for you. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
Please note that modular designs (corner sofas, chaise sofas, or any sofa which is produced and assembled in individual units) can only be exchanged for store credit. Collection of your old sofa
If you need to get rid of your existing sofa to make room for your lovely new one, let our sales team know when you place your order. For £50, we can arrange for our delivery team to take it away with them. Please note, our delivery team reserves the right not to remove or dismantle your existing sofa, chair or bed if they believe it is unsafe to do so for any reason. Got a question?
