How much is delivery?
If you live in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, give our customer care team a call and we’ll be able to talk you through your delivery options. Non-mainland deliveries will be dealt with individually as we won’t be able to deliver your sofa personally but we can deliver to a port/shipping company of your choice. Risk-free ordering and 14 day returns
We’ve made things simple. You can order safely via the website, over the phone or in person at one of our showrooms using any major credit or debit card.
We’re sure you’ll love your new item but if, for any reason, you wish to return it we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery date and we’ll come and collect it at a time that’s convenient for you. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
Please note that a collection charge of £45 will apply to all returns and modular designs (corner sofas, chaise sofas, or any sofa which is produced and assembled in individual units) can only be exchanged for store credit. If you need to get rid of your existing sofa to make room for your lovely new one, let our sales team know when you place your order. For £50, we can arrange for our delivery team to take it away with them. Please note, our delivery team reserves the right not to remove or dismantle your existing sofa, chair or bed if they believe it is unsafe to do so for any reason. Got a question? We believe our beautifully handcrafted furniture should be enjoyed wherever you are in the world. So if you’re an overseas customer, please take a look at our international delivery guide below to ensure safe and stress-free delivery (and years of comfort, of course).
If you live in any of the following EU countries, we have partnered with a specialist courier service to deliver directly to you: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Please note that our courier will be unable to bring the goods into your home, so you will need to be responsible for arranging the necessary assistance.

Delivery & Return fees
As we will be working with external courier services, our delivery and return fees will vary depending on where you live. Please contact our lovely customer services team, who will be able to confirm the fees for your region.
