How much is delivery?
For all orders containing at least one of our larger items (including sofas, armchairs, beds and tables), we charge a delivery fee of £50 to the United Kingdom or €50 in the Republic of Ireland. We want to provide the very best service and after being meticulously handcrafted, your new piece deserves to arrive in style! Our friendly team of drivers will carefully deliver it to your door, then unpack, assemble and even steam it if required, leaving it looking like an absolute showstopper.
Good things come in small packages so for footstool orders we only charge £25 to the United Kingdom or €25 in the Republic of Ireland. Accessories such as cushions, rugs and mirrors will be delivered free of charge. Charges are based on the item volume so will be calculated at checkout.

Once your item has been handcrafted to perfection, you’ll receive and email including your consignment number and a link to the tracking webpage so you can follow its onward journey! Please note that deliveries outside mainland UK will take longer than our standard delivery timescales and will be delivered to your door step only. Delivery to the Channel Islands and Rest of World
We will happily arrange for your items to delivered to a nominated UK port for you to arrange your own onwards shipping and delivery. Simply place your order online or email our friendly team on email@example.com for further information or any help with this. The cost of delivery to your UK port of choice will be £50.
We’re sure you’ll love your new item but if, for any reason, you wish to return it we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us within 14 days of your delivery date and we’ll come and collect it at a time that’s convenient for you. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered.
Please note that modular designs (corner sofas, chaise sofas, or any sofa which is produced and assembled in individual units) can only be exchanged for store credit. Collection of your old sofa
If you need to get rid of your existing sofa to make room for your lovely new one, let our sales team know when you place your order. For £50, we can arrange for our delivery team to take it away and recycle it. We do only have limited space on our vans though so we’ll only be able to take away the same number of pieces as we have delivered and that they must be the same size or smaller. Please note, our delivery team reserves the right not to remove or dismantle your existing sofa, chair or bed if they believe it is unsafe to do so for any reason. Got a question?
