Are your showrooms open?
We are thrilled that all of our showrooms are now open. To find your closest and check opening times, please click here
No appointments are required but we have a wide range of safe shopping measures in place including 2 metre social distancing and limiting store numbers, so you have plenty of space to browse. We ask that no group is larger than 2 people (excluding children) and that everyone wears the complementary latex gloves provided so you are nicely protected. We have always kept our showrooms spick and span but we have also introduced enhanced in-store cleaning routines so you can comfy-test our range with peace of mind.
Can I still place an order?

I'm thinking of placing an order? Will you be able to make and deliver it?
Yes. Our dedicated factory and delivery teams continue to operate as normal. Due to unprecedented demand, our delivery lead time is currently 8-10 weeks for most products. The delivery lead time will be indicated on the product pages when you select your fabric.
Could my delivery be delayed?

What steps are your delivery teams taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Whilst we've always been a clean and tidy bunch, our warehouse team and delivery drivers are doing all they can to ensure even higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Any member of staff with symptoms of COVID-19 - or staff who live in a household with someone with symptoms - have been asked not to come into work. The delivery teams are supplied with hand sanitiser to apply pre and post every visit to a customer's home and also sanitising wipes for use on the handheld equipment which the customer comes into contact with. The delivery teams are also being provided with PPE and spare pairs of gloves for use in each customer's home.
How will the delivery process be affected?
We are committed to a high standard of delivery of all our furniture ranges to our customers and you can still opt for a usual white glove service where we will unpack and assemble your furniture for you. Alternatively, you can also choose to have your item delivered to the room of your choice within its packaging or have your item delivered to your doorstep only. I'm self-isolating. Can I still get my delivery?
The health and safety of our customers and our team is our primary concern. If you are self-isolating, we can deliver your item to your door step only as described above. Alternatively, feel free to reschedule your delivery slot for another time by calling us on 0345 450 9522 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you still delivering to Ireland?
Yes. Customers in Northern and the Republic of Ireland can still order as normal. Due to stricter measures imposed on shipping items overseas delivery may take a little longer but we will contact you if we expect that your delivery will fall outside of our advertised timescales.
