What a pleasure it has been dealing with The quality of the sofas is matched by the quality of the staff and the service. Both the online team and the instore team (Glasgow store) have been excellent - answering my many questions professionally, helpfully and with good and much valued advice. I am delighted with my purchase and will highly recommend to friends and family.

Recently visited glasgow store on two occasions and in between ordered fabric samples made order on second visit Excellent customer service throughout so helpful in store without being obtrusive nothing is too much trouble and not pushy at all a great afternoon out even received a cup of coffee

Ordered a bluebell sofa by phone at the head office and paid. Two days later I received an email from Grace at the Bath showroom pointing out that they had just launched a 20% promotion applicable to sofa orders and free fabric protection. Phoned and spoke to Grace the following day and she without any quibble happily applied the appropriate discounts. Fantastic service and attitude!! Same level of service when we visited the Bath showroom a couple of weeks earlier.

Beautiful design, quality construction and exceptional delivery service. However, the Atlantic Roosevelt fabric was totally unfit for purpose. In the first week it has crushed and left permanent marks from just sitting on it. This is despite me being informed by the Nottingham store that this is their most hard wearing fabric. I have since learned from the helpline that this fact relates to a seemingly irrelevant test that doesn't reflect how the fabric is actually used in real life. I have therefore decided I can't keep the sofas because of this fabric and have agreed to take them back within two the 14 days. Because everything other than the fabris is so good, I wanted the sofas with a more suitable fabric. However, will not honour the same discount I had originally meaning they want to charge me a lot more money to 'downgrade' my fabric. I feel let down twice by the service because I was firstly not advised properly about the fabric which is a great disappointment and inconvenience, and now they want to charge me hundreds more to resolve the issue. I have been left so disappointed by the service that I have also decided to return the Valentin footstool purely out of bitterness. Despite not being a customer I can highly praise the products (excluding the Atlantic Roosevelt) and the delivery service which were excellent.
