Saved for over a year to buy my ideal sofa 'the bluebell' two years ago and although happy with the look/style of the sofa, the seat pads started to flatten very quickly and make the sofa look old and shabby. I have had the pads changed twice but they've flattened again which is just unacceptable for a sofa at this price. I am not a particularly heavy individual and it's only me who uses it, so have decided that the only solution (as sofa.com couldn't find one) is to replace the seat pads at my own expense to a decent upholstery foam. My sister visited at the weekend and after 15 mins sitting on the sofa said 'oh my God you'll have to get rid of this sofa, it's SO uncomfortable'! Won't be buying from them again sadly and wouldn't recommend this model to anyone until sofa.com can get the basics right. It's all very well having a good solid structure but if the cushions feel like a bag of potatoes I'd rather sit on the floor or....on a bag of potatoes!! Very disappointed. Bernie

This is our second trip to sofa.com as we were so pleased with our previous purchase. Ese was absolutely great in helping us choose our sofa and cushions and have a warm and friendly welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and colours/fabrics. Thanks for a great afternoon of sofa shopping, we look forward to getting our sofa soon.

Sorry to have to say this, but the cushions are terrible, I have to put other cushions underneath for some support. Expensive and a waste of money, I have to live with this sofa until I can afford to replace it, another thing to mention is that I entered a competition only to find my idea was stolen for their marketing.

I bought the snowdrop chaise in May 2015, I've regretted purchasing this almost as soon as it arrived. Its high maintenance and takes constant plumping to keep the cushions in shape. Eventually we admitted defeat and got in touch with Sofa.com who agreed to replace the cushions. However its not even been 12 months since we received the new cushions and we are now back to contacting them again regarding the quality of the cushions. they have offered to replace them again but I just feel like within a few months we will have to give up and replace the sofa. I'm so disappointed that 3 years later a £1800 sofa needs to replaced. We initially spent so much money because we thought it would last us years and years. Its quite obviously a design fault as its always the same part of the sofa that sinks, but Sofa.com are not interested in accepting this.
