The following week my husband struggled with a much cheaper bed for my son (the instructions were unhelpful and he spent all day doing it.) I also bought a Jackson sofa from you at the same time. I am just getting used to having so much space to wallow in. Overall, great quality and service.

The mattress is comfy and it looks really good overall The one thing i will say is that i had to put it together myself because the room was not ready when the delivery guys came. They said it was really easy to do, but i have to say with no instructions it was a little mor ecomplicated then they let on and there were no instructions online. I would have liked them to have eitehr offered to come back or emailed me some instructions etc.

Dear Leesa, We are absolutely delighted that you love the new bed and you are finding the mattress comfortable. In regards to the assembly of the bed, we are very sorry that you did not find it all that straight forward to put together. 99% of the time, the drivers assemble all products for our customers in situ which is why we do not have a hard copy of an assembly booklet to hand out during deliveries. We certainly take your point, however, and this is something that we will definitely consider in the future. Equally, there are assembly instructions for both sofas and beds that can be found on the website (right at the bottom on the footer of each page) which should guide you through how to construct the items. We are very sorry that you did not manage to find these and had a few difficulties putting the bed together but it seems like you are very happy with the product and this makes us very happy indeed! -
