This week, for the latest edition in our Home in on Happy series, we sat down with Fever-Tree’s resident mixologist Lauren, who chatted to us about how to make the perfect summer serve ready to sit back and relax with family and friends this summer. The spritz for summer afternoons in the garden
If you can’t go to Italy, bring the Italian Aperitivo to your back garden! For a deliciously refreshing spritz, simply fill your favourite glass with ice, add 50ml Campari or Italian liqueur mix with our Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda and garnish with a slice of orange. With a lower ABV than most mixed drinks, this is the perfect pre-dinner drink. Top tip – for this serve we love to use a large wine glass! This is the perfect serve for summer evenings in the garden – relaxing alone, or with family and friends.

After a twist on your G&T? Our sweet rhubarb and raspberry tonic water is deliciously refreshing and fruity, with sweet British rhubarb and juicy Scottish raspberries, reminiscent of an English summer. Simply mix with London Dry Gin for a sweeter twist on your gin and tonic. The perfect drink to enjoy after work on a light evening, relaxing on the sofa.
The crowd-pleasing drink for family occasions
Impress your friends with a vodka lime soda – but not as they may know it! We use zesty Mexican Limes and floral citrusy Yuzu juice to create our Mexican Lime Soda, which pairs perfectly with premium vodka or tequila – the ideal accompaniment to any outdoor fiesta enjoyed with family and friends.
