Nadia Attura is a London based fine artist who graduated from the London College of Printing with a Postgraduate degree in Photojournalism. Nadia's technique involves the application of washes, paints and chalk to constructed images, layering detailed photographs that were taken on location to create a scene that conveys a sense of place and time. Whilst the original photograph is sometimes visible, the photograph tends to disappear from a single image appearance towards a more poetic view of the world.
