A very comfortable sofa however very poor customer service . An original part of our sofa was faulty and I had to make contact myself with the company to find out what was happening with the replacement part . Very poor communication from the company and I got the feeling that they didn't really care

I bought a Bluebell Sofa and, more recently, a Saturday Armchair. The quality is excellent. I've had my sofa for about 8 years and it still looks great and is so comfortable. What I love about sofa.com is their approach to customer service. Emails answered quickly and always follow up. Nothing is too much trouble. I was in the Edinburgh showroom recently and I must've had every footstool in the shop out and one assistant was looking for more options in the showroom while the other assistant was on their intranet trying to source one in my preferred colour. Sofa.com have been brilliant at communicating throughout the ordering process and the quality of the sofa is brilliant. We also ordered a sofa from a different company which is more expensive but there are problems - quality and customer service. So sofa.com win!
