You were already recommended by a friend. We sat in theirs and bought one the same day. Not the same fabric though so I don't think they will ever know. I like the graphics on your vans.

Delivery men could have been a bit more friendly

We LOVE our sofa - it is so comfy, beautiful fabric and looks great in our room. The service was excellent - even though I had to change the delivery date a few times. Super impressed and loved our slippers

I think you have got the whole shopping experience wrapped up perfectly. Your website is cool and easy to use, we had a lovely time at your warehouse watching Finding Nemo and lounging about on all your sofa's and staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Thought it was a nice touch offering us a drink on our arrival. The ordering process was uncomplicated and the delivery process was perfect. The two delivery men were so friendly and incredably efficient. Now the sofa. Wow Wow Wow! We love it! Going to work has become so much harder! Thanks to everyone x

Sofa is great. Only issue is that the cushions are a bit too full, but I am assuming that they will compress with time, so probably best in the long run.

I was terrified ordering a sofa online without having tried it out first! I had been to countless furniture shops, searched online and could not find the right corner sofa anywhere. Then I found Sofa.com and found perfection. The corner sofas (The Stella Chaises) were everything I was picturing in my head. The service has been great and as promised and I could not be more pleased with my sofa - it is so so comfy and looks great, everyone that comes to the house comments on how gorgeous and comfy it is. I was told that the sofa would take 4-6 weeks and that i would receive a call 2 weeks prior to delivery. After a month i had to call up to see when it was arriving as no-one had called me. Other than that all great.

I found my husband and son 'lolling about' on the sofa last weekend ploughing through a Star Wars movie - they looked like a couple of contented cats... the sofa is already a much loved member of the family and is referred to as Truffle... service & sofa both superb!

Super sofa...! We spent ALOT of time trying to find the perfect sofa and then discovered you guys. After a little debate in the showroom about colours, the choice is fab, we settled on one of the sumptuous velvets. The team were great, lead-time short and delivery very simple. It looks beautiful, I keep stroking it, and is so comfortable. Only drawback, the arguments around who sits where...

I am so happy with my new sofa. I am on the third floor with not much access space but the delivery guys were so great and got the sofa in fine. It's really comfy and looks lovely, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

We have been so impressed by the whole experience in buying from Sofa.com. From the visit to the showroom, which was obviously so well thought about with the customer in mind, to the delivery of the sofa. The customer service is second to none and I would definitely recommend Sofa.com to friends and family.

Shopping at the Sofa.com showroom was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other furniture stores we'd been through looking for a sofa. We were offered a cup of coffee on arrival and the staff were helpful but left us to browse in peace (rather than some places where they hover like vultures, listening in to your conversation). They then helped us put together some options and put us under no pressure to order on the spot. Ordering over the phone, once we'd confirmed our measurements at home, was easy and we were very impressed with the delivery time of only a few weeks. The delivery arrived on time and they put the sofa together swiftly and took all the packaging away with them. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience.

My only gripe is that the fabric does mark a bit when you wipe anything off it, and I know I should call the Guardsman people and get them to deal with stains but when you have a small child we'd end up with them here everyday and I think they would soon get sick of removing snot marks from our sofa.

The modular sections of the Stella range allowed us to create a sofa which perfectly fitted the space in our extension. We went for a large two seater, a corner unit and small one seater to give an L shape which was just the right size. The sofa itself is brilliantly comfy, plenty of room for two people to stretch out and the fabric very cosy and lovely deep charcoal colour.
