Dear Anna, Thank you so much for your feedback. This really is invaluable to us as we grow as a company. With regards to the fabric, it is pure linen so you will inevitably get a bit of creasing just as you would a linen suit. The best way to get rid of the creases is to give it a bit of a steam with an iron every now and then (although clearly do not make contact with the fabric as this would scorch/melt it). Alternatively, as the Stella has removable covers, you can even hang the covers in the bathroom and run a hot shower. Strange this may seem, but it will further speed up the process. Regarding the creasing issue – this does happen from time to time with pure Belgian linen, just as it would with a linen shirt or pair of trousers. These creases usually fall out over time but this process can be speeded up with a very light steaming, perhaps from a steam iron if you have one (although clearly do not make contact with the fabric as this would scorch/melt it). staff in the showroom were excellent- non pushy but helpful
when i called up the next day they helped me identify the colour over the phone well
delivery was very good- gave me a small window 5-7pm (not like sky who only say betweeen 8am & 6pm). then i called up to see where in the window they were and you gave me an exact time.
very helpful.
installation men were very efficient as well and helped me move my old sofa.
sofa is great- one thing is it is not quite as comfy as the showroom- i think this is because it isnt worn in yet- so i am doing my best...!
i have already recommended you to anyone i know buying a sofa.
price wise i thought was reasonable as well- given thre quality and what people like heels etc will try and mug you off for.
