Absolutely love this sofa
I have been incredibly impressed with sofa.com from start to finish. When I told them we were sitting on the floor until the sofa arrived, they speeded things up for us. The delivery men were lovely. When the sofa arrived, unfortunately I didn't like the look of the cover I had chosen. They made no fuss whatsoever and picked it up a few days later. They then sped up delivery of my replacement Yanna sofa (I chose the velvet this time) so we wouldn't be on the floor for much longer again, and I LOVE it. Thank you so much sofa.com - if only more companies delivered this level of service.
AND they made me a coffee when I visited the showroom.

The service was great!
Our first order didn't fit - we knew it would be close but thought we could squeeze it under the door. The delivery guys tried their best, but had to recommend an alternative. They took the sofa back and the folks at the office were super helpful to get us a replacement quickly. I'm sure that sofa.com don't want to encourage everyone to send their sofas back, but I was really impressed that they were true to their word that they would accept returns with no hassle.
Sofa is lovely and the chocolate that came with January orders was the best I've ever tasted.

They look great!
The 2 sofas look great, and fit perfectly in the available space. My only (minor) quibbles about them would be they are a little firm, but that may simply be in contrast to my old one. And also that they and the cushions are slightly "crunchy" from the part-feather filling. The cover fabric seems to crease a bit at the moment.
The shop and delivery staff were excellent!

Sofa looks lovely and is very comfy. Gave it four stars for comfort as it is not as comfortable as the Saturday sofa but sometimes you have to make other consideration ie was chosen as it is nice and shallow. For a shallow sofa it is extremely comfortable. Looks fabulous.

The sofa is small but gorgeous, neat, curvy and feminine. I was surprised at how small it is but after the initial surprise and using it a while, found it was firm and comfortable. It has become my sofa for curling up on in the evening with the (2) cats, there's no for anyone else!
The colour of the fabric sample was noticeably darker than the one on the sofa but both where beautiful so no problem with this.
The delivery guys were charming but there was some messing around with the time of delivery before the sofa arrived

From the moment I entered the showroom the staff could not have been more helpful - the full John Lewis, but better.
