Beautiful traditional sofas made properly! Can't fault any part of the buying experience and would recommend that anyone saves up to buy from Sofa.com rather than be persuaded by interest free rubbish from stores who do the same for furniture as fast food stores do for healthy living!

Good looking sofa
I was nervous at buying on-line but staff were very helpful over the phone. The colour of the sofa was nowhere near the swatch colour so glad I asked for a sample. So far the sofa is really good appears well made and is getting to be comfortable. Very happy with your service.

Exactly what I was looking for
This was a present from my children for my 60th birthday and it looks perfect with our eclectic mix of furniture and paintings.
It is neat and comfortable and just right for two without being a squash.

Great quality sofa.
Sofa feels like it will last, the cushions are very comfortable but hold their shape and we expect the sofa to still look great in years to come.

fabulous customer service and the armchair looks great... sadly just not terribly comfortable
This looks like it is a chair to sink into and curl up in.... unfortunately, it is rather firm and I feel like i'm sitting on the chair rather than relaxing into it. Perhaps others have had this experience and can reassure me that with a few heavy people sitting on it it may get a bit more comfy.....?!

Overall look is very smart and also extremely comfey.
We are very pleased with our sofas, chairs and foot stools. They are very stylish and comfey but I wish that proper upholstery tacks were used as opposed to staples. I feel that it lets the quality down. When I noticed that staples had been used I was disappointed but that is probably the reason you are able to keep up with your many orders. ( I used to do upholstery in a class and staple guns were a no no!)

Just what we needed
Ideal sofas - super-comfortable and beautiful design. Even the 2 small boys who were sad to see our old sofas go are so delighted with these that they want to sleep on them. Great service in the showroom, smooth delivery and speedy installation. Sofa.com is a wonderful oasis in the baffling sofa-buying world of not-so-special offers.

The Sofa of Splendour
I love my new sofa beyond all reason! It is the most beautiful colour, and I love the design. It is very, very comfortable. Everyone who has seen it has remarked on how lovely it is.
The delivery team came right on time and were very friendly. They picked up all the wrapping and too it away.
I was very nervous about buying a sofa sight-unseen. I was worried the fabric swatch wouldn't be representative of what the fabric was actually like. I needn't have worried. I have to say, the whole process surpassed my expectations.
I would not hesitate to recommend sofa.com, or order from them again.

Very elegant & comfortable sofa.
The service from start to finish was very good and the delivery guys were outstanding - it was a challenge getting the sofa into our house but they went out of their way to make it work - Others might have just given up.

OMG! OMG! OMG! Why can't all shops be like sofa.com!
I recently bought a Snowdrop 3-seater sofa after months of research and enough fabric swatches to make a patchwork quilt (which I returned to the showroom once I'd decided!). The whole sofa.com experience is fantastic - the webiste is so handy in visualising the products in different fabrics and also seeing accurate pricing - hurrah! The showroom was such a pleasure to visit -it's a great showcase for the products, the staff are uber helpful and the free beverages go down a treat! I think the product range is fantastic, I have confidence in the quality and the knowledge of the staff and standards of customer service were impeccable. My sofa arrived two weeks ago and I am thrilled - the delivery was pain free - it arrived exactly when they said they would and the delivery men were helpful in navigating a difficult doorway. The sofa itself is super comfortable - I bought co-ordinating house and designlab cushions too - they look fantastic. I really can't praise sofa.com enough and am ardently saving up now to buy a bed, which will be my next big purchase. Thank you!

Snowdrop Loveseat in Raspberry
The sofa is gorgeous - even nicer than I'd hoped. Looks better than the more expensive ones we bought elsewhere and has already survived several bouncing toddlers! Only reason for 4 rather than 5 on service was that the delivery date was changed - but actually the new date was better for us and overall it arrived quicker than expected. Whole thing was managed very efficiently - again much better than other suppliers we've used. Would not buy a sofa anywhere else now!

Service and Value like it used to be! Was particularly impressed with 2 hour delivery window at 8am, narrowed to 30mins by helpful driver who called in advance. Delivery guys actually appeared to work for Sofa.com, were very polite, installed sofas and removed all the waste. They even wiped their feet!
Best customer service i have had in a long while and the sofas are great!

The whole experience was amazing from order to delivery (by the nicest delivery men in the world). We were able to choose different features for our sofa, it arrived within 10 days and although slightly later than the specified time (due to a broken key in the van lock) the delivery men were soon forgiven as they were so charming and efficient. A fantastic service.

Firmer sofa than some but still comfy. Some visitors to the house always head to this sofa and I choose it as a place to sit and read a book. Looks beautiful too and great size. Lovely material.

Snowdrop Three Seat Sofa in Honey
We've included in our order Fabric protection warranty two and a half/ three seat sofa. However the fabric was ruined while trying to clean a small stain with a special upholstery wipe from the side arm of the sofa leaving an unpleasant area. Shame, other furniture with this fabric protection never had such a problem.
