A great sofa, I'm thrilled with it!
I bought the 3 seat Saturday in white sand. I also bought a couple of your blue and white stripe magdalene cushions and the sofa looks fantastic. It's really comfy and what I love is that it's quite a traditional style but I've been able to make it look contemporary by the use of bright cushions. Highly recommend. Whole process from ordering to delivery was really easy. I now have 5 of your sofas in my house!

A Huge Sofa befitting a 5 'adult' family
Really pleased with this sofa. The kids have complained that they can't sit on the sofa with shorts on as the wool is itchy!!! However, we both love it. There is an element of 'plumping' that one has to do in order to keep the cushions puffed up, but apart from that it's ace!
My only criticism is that the cushions that we bought to complement the sofa weren't as good a quality; the covers were lovely, but the actual quality of the cushion was not to the standard that we would ahve expected.

Stand out service
We love our sofa and the service we received even more.
We had to send back our first order as the colour didn't quite work as we expected when we got it into our home. Not a problem: Sofa.com picked it up, and sent us another within two weeks.
Throughout the process the service has been excellent on every level: polite, efficient and friendly. I will happily recommend Sofa.com to my friends.

This sofa looks and feels lovely but...
The sofa is a very good size with plenty of room for two people. It is very well made and looks good. The fabric we selected is a brushed linen cotton which, for some reason has a very strange musty smell. We got another chair at the same time, also covered in the same fabric which doesn't smell. It's a mystery!! We're hoping it will die down over time and is just because it is new? Or maybe it's something to do with the stain protection we had it treated with, though we also had the chair treated... It really is a mystery!

Saturday love seat
I fell in love with this when I saw it in the showroom. The frustrating thing was that I could not then find it on the website!! I perserved and am glad that I did. I wanted it because it is my study chair with room for books and papers alongside me, especially on a Saturday. It is also ready for reading to the grand children when they grow a bit bigger. Service was helpful from the moment we entered the show room to the time when the deliverymen left taking all the wrapping paper with them.

The Lagoon sofa and Jethou chairs arrived at the stated delivery time and they are so comfy and look absolutely fantastic in our apartment. I love that we could choose the fabrics that we liked and the legs as well.

A timeless, well made, beautiful product
Sofa.com's showroom was a really unique shopping experience which we have since recommended to others. The helpfulness of the staff, the coffees, the ease of fabric experimentation and the freedom to roam were the sorts of details that will make us return for our second sofa, especially with the efficient delivery service. The sofa itself was the type of traditional and beautiful piece we had been looking for elsewhere without success. The flexibility of matching sofa shapes and fabrics is something quite hard to find with other companies. The sofa is extremely comfortable and we are already planning the next purchase.

Upmarket rental flat in Devon
This sofa has gone into an upmarket holiday rental flat so I haven't seen it yet but I've been closely in touch with people who have and there have been rave reviews about its comfort. On the strength of it the manageress of the flat has been wondering whether to replace her own sofa and the tenant who was first to try it out said it's super. So I think it must be pretty good!
It takes up a bit more space than expected but that was my fault. The samples arrived quickly and were really helpful in choosing a fabric to co-ordinate with the rest of the room.
The delivery was exactly as billed which was important since I could not be there myself to see it in. The delivery guys took away the old sofa and it was all done with the minimum of fuss and disruption.

Brilliantly efficient service and an oh-so comfy sofa!
The whole experience was smooth-sailing from start to finish. The showroom staff were so friendly and helpful and ordering our sofa was speedy and trouble-free. Evening delivery slots are offered too - so handy! The delivery guys were fast and efficient and the sofa... well, we LOVE our new sofa. Smart and elegant, the cushions are plump and it's super comfy. The curved back does sit out from the wall quite a bit but as long as you allow for that extra space when you're measuring up, you won't be disappointed.
Couldn't recommend Sofa.com enough.

Best sofa

Exceeded all expectations!
From the customer service..to the delivery men..to our fabulous new sofa..were all above expectation!! Its great to have truelly great service and a product that makes you smile each time you see it!! The quality of our 2 sofas are of a standard I havent had from far more expensive pieces.
We love them so much we have already ordered a new Kilkenny Armchair.

A good looking sofa at a competetive price
The whole experience of buying this sofa from Sofa.com was enjoyable and trouble free. I visited the showroom and found all the staff to be extremely helpful. It was delivered on time and the two guys who delivered it were very efficient. The sofa itself looks great and is very comfortable. The only negative thing I can say about it, is that the filling in the seat cusions doesnt quite fill out the corners at the front, but I am hoping this will settle in time

very comfy- but a space hogger
My only ( little) gripe with this lovely sofa is that the shape of the back means that it sits a long way from the wall- and with quite deep cushions that means it takes up a bit more space than I had envisaged. Other than that it's lush ( as Stacey would say!)... and the fabric is a total winner!

We love our sofa
Beginning with a visit to the showroom that was more fun than any sofa shop that we've ever been to, with nice touches such as drinks and a huge range of fabric swatches, we can't fault the service or our lovely sofa. We were able to chose an anti allergen option and it was good to be able to make the sofa our own by choosing size, fabric and finishes to suit us. The sofa arrived much sooner than we could have hoped for and the delivery chaps were quick and efficient in getting it into the house and ready for us to sit on, taking away all the packaging with them as they left. The sofa is beautiful and comfortable (a combination that is surprisingly difficult to find when looking for furniture) and a month after getting it we still look forward to having a sit down.

one of the best purchases I have ever made
the whole experience was brilliant from visiting the show rooms - lovely coffee and thank you for the free pencil - to ordering the sofa - all very well handled especially as I had to reorder it in a breakdownable version - to the delivery itself which was breathtakingly easy. Saturday three-seater in Natural flax
A stylish, sturdy and very comfortable sofa. It is quite deep because of the headrest so you need a large room for it to look really good in. The service

Great Sofas
I ordered this three seater sofa (saturday, sloe) and 2 others (2.5 sloe saturday and snowdrop elephant loveseat) and cushions. All are fantastic. Comfortable and elegant, they really transform the room.
Only thing to note - the purple sloe colour really shows up any marks and bits!

Our new sofa is fabulous - a little piece of heaven!
Choosing our sofa at the Chelsea showroom couldn't have been easier - an enjoyable experience. The delivery team were incredibly helpful & managed to rearrange delivery at very short notice. Our sofa looks great & is exceptionally comfortable!
