As the fold-out sleeping mechanism is stored under the seating area, it is normal for the sofa-bed to feel slighty firmer than the sofa. So many companies bang on about their service and fail to deliver - you, however, made no claims but quite simply did a great and very helpful job, putting up with our cancelling the delivery date about 4 times! Your staff/team are friendly, positive and efficient and the concern by the delivery men that a small amount of water might have got onto the fabric (having had to carry the sofa about 100 yards past a jungle of damp shrubs in order to gain access)goes to show that no-one pays lip service to customer care and service - to them it really matters. Well done and, most rarely, I have to say that it has been a real pleasure to do business with your company. If your records allow, please pass on to everyone we have with dealt with our thanks.

by Lynn on 21 NovemberOn delivery the zip on one of the scatter cushions was faulty, this was replaced by post very swiftly, thank you. Though over all very pleased with sofabed, it looks great and is very comfy, I must just say I'm a little disappointed with the fabric. When you sit on the sofa the fabric seems to stretch and then sags down at the front so that the piping is not on the edge of the cushion so i'm always having to smooth it back to the rear of the cushion, does this make sense? I can email you a photo if you like.
Not a huge promblem just thought I should mention it.

by Rachel on 25 OctoberSofa ordered 19th August and was promised delivery within 4 to 6 weeks although the product didn't arrive until 8th October. In the meantime a friend who also ordered a sofabed though sofa.com and both recieved a discount and asked for the product to be fast tracked recieved delivery in 3 weeks. I am therefore mindful to recommend sofa.com to friends due the disspointing service I received and the disspointing variation of service between customers. Hopefully however Helen's experience rather than my own is the norm!!!!!!

Sadly, sofa.com is growing at such a vast rate that we couldn’t have foreseen the volume of orders that we have had, and unfortunately we ran out of the broad weave linen for a short while which then impacted upon the delivery times. For this we are very sorry. Similarly, your friend more than likely ordered in a different fabric that was in stock which is why were we able to turn it around much quicker. We apologise if you think there is disparity between the way we treat our customers. This is certainly not the case, and I am afraid that you were just very unlucky to be hit by the fabric delay.
