by Jenny on 16 SeptemberThe delivery guys were friendly and efficient and rang when they were 20 mins away, which was helpful. The sofa cushions had a slight crease across them from packaging I guess, and we commented on this on the delivery note. We have decided to accept them however as we feel that new cushions may not match exactly in colour ( Chocolate leather). Overall we have been impressed with sofa.com.

by Pauline on 13 JuneI thought that the service has been good so far but the only problem is that the two seat cushions are different colours/shades of leather. A replacement cover has now been ordered and should be with us on 21 June. So although very pleased with service and sofa, a bit disappointed that the leather on the seats were mismatched and not spotted before delivery took place.

Dear Pauline, We are delighted that you are happy with the service you have received, but we are, of course, extremely sorry about the issue with the mismatching leather cushions. With leather that is completely natural and dyed using natural processes, there will inevitably be a very slight difference as each cow in different and thus so is the look and feel of the leather. Nevertheless, on this occasion we concede that the difference is too much and it should have been picked up in quality control, however, it clearly slipped through the net and for this we are very sorry. Having said this, your new covers are due to be delivered to you very soon and we look forward to resolving this issue so you can get on with enjoying your sofa to the fullest! -
