Very comfy sofa
Excellent sofa, really enjoying using it. It's perfect. However, our delivery was not. The sofa came in two pieces, but even so, the delivery guys seemed to have difficulty getting it in our living room. They damaged the paint work in our hallway doing so. They also scratched our newly sanded, stained and varnished floor when they were putting the sofa together. Very disappointing. It's a shame that such a good product is let down in this way.

Beautifully made and wonderfully comfortable!
Extremely pleased with my Maximus sofa - I had been looking for a beautiful white sofa for my sitting room for a little while and no matter where I looked I always seemed to come back to the Maximus. I'm so glad I did, - I really adore it!

Super large comfy footstool
This footstool is big! Brilliantly comfy, fits 2 sets of legs and the puppy can sprawl across it too.
Quality is great, we already have sofas from Sofa.com so we knew the footstools we ordered would be perfect - and they are.

Excellent product, impressive service
From the moment we received the fabric swatches, we recognised that Sofa.com was a quality company and we were right. All aspects of the service were fantastic. The first delivery date didn't suit us and it was no trouble to change this. The delivery men arrived bang on time and were incredibly helpful and polite. The sofa itself is fabulous and the only reason for not writing sooner is that the room was not ready for the sofa and so we have only just unwrapped it - we love it.

Super easy to use website, simple online ordering, courteous follow up ordering personnel, excellent email & telephone communication to advise of delivery date, friendly, respectful delivery drivers who arrived on time & ensured we were completely happy prior to leaving. Everything I'd read about Sofa.com in terms of delivery , service and the quality of the product came true, very good service throughout, I love the sofa, colour, size, shape the workmanship etc is wonderful. I did this all via internet as well without seeing it, so was very glad of the generous returns policy - which I've not intention of using!

Excellent delivery service, arrived within 5 minutes of given time - London to Devon! Drivers polite & helpful.
Sofa really nice quality, feel & look. We took a gamble having not tried it first (too far to go to showroom - trusted reviews instead) but even though it is a little firmer than expected we have got used to it now and overall are really pleased with our purchase. Great service, (great chocolate...) & most importantly great sofa!

This is my third sofa from sofa.com, and as always the service and the product were a pleasure. I was impressed by the pleasantness and efficiency of the person who took my order, and the way it was delivered on time. As it had to go through a narrow doorway, I was relieved the Maximus could be taken apart and reassembled. It's incredibly comfortable to lie on - a bit high, and a bit deep for small children to climb onto, which is why I've given it 4 stars not 5. The covers feel lovely. It's given my living room a real lift.

We travelled all the way down from Hampshire to the showroom, & as soon as we stepped in, I was in awe of the customer service; from the range of drinks we could have, making us feel at home, & primarily appreciative of the journey we had taken! After making payment, I never had to call/email to check on delivery, as the communication standard from Sofa.com was exceptionally high, & we always knew how our order was progressing. The delivery was brilliant - even called to say that they were running late, but still arrived on time! Delivery men were polite & very helpful.
I am still SOO impressed with the exceptionally high level of customer service from Sofa.com - it made our sofa buying experience bliss! Thank you!
Oh, & our sofa is lush, & SOO comfy!

The service was exceptional UNTIL the delivery guys delivered my bed adn before i could say anything they had taken the plastic covering off and tried to get it up the stairs. I had told them it wouldnt go and that we had to lift it up by ropes over the balcony and through the windows. they didnt listen then when they couldnt get it through the door they got a bit cross. Basically it went up alongside the house with no covers, and hence the sofa got a bit dirty. I have to say i was pretty disappointed. Having say that the rest of the service was very good.

We love our maximus sofa and yanna chair and they look great together. After initial dithering over the generous proportions of the maximus we decided to keep it and now absolutely love it. Super comfy and stylish. Showroom staff were very patient about my to-ing and fro-ing over keeping it or changing it. We've definitely made the right choice though.
