by Katy on 11 MayFantastic, great service, website a pleasure to use, the staff I spoke to helpful, delivery was at the earliest point in the 4-6 week range I was given and arrived bang on midday with friendly helpful delivery men. The whole ordering process was slick and enjoyable.
Sofa itself is awesome, lovely soft fabric which looks fab (on the whole sofa it appears slightly brighter than the swatch, which is great, as the swatch was darker than I'd hoped.) Cushions super comfortable, the right combination between fundamentally firm with a soft and squidgy top layer. I love it and am so pleased we treated ourselves.
Only note for people buying this - I love this sofa, but short people might struggle sitting up straight as it's very deep, great for curling up and lounging but me at 5'10 and my 5'8 husband need cushions behind us to sit up, so if you were quite short it might be too deep for you to sit up straight!

by David on 16 AprilVery happy with everything- from service to delivery. The only, minor, let-down was attempting to engage sofa.com in "snail mail" correspondence. That didn't work and when I followed up with an e-mail, my specific questions relating to fabric durability were not answered. That aside everything was fine and, although we have yet to try the bed element of the sofa bed, my family and I are happy with the sofa bed and chair. The build seems robust and I love the fabric (here's hoping it will withstand the rigours of two young boys!).

It appears that your orginal letter never reached us and on recipt of your email enquiry regarding fabric durabilty, the following response was sent - "I would personally say that the Coloured herringbone fabric is definitely more ‘child friendly’. The cotton matt velvets certainly look great but they will tend to mark easier. With mucky fingers and various child related spillages I would recommend not to go for this unless you are very brave! However the velvet is extremely durable and with the Guardsman policy you are protected against major stains and spillages. The herringbone fabrics are great for this as the broader weave and mix of colours means that small spillages and finger marks will not be as noticeable" Apologies if this information was unclear, and please be assured that your comments will be passed along to our team. Lola Two and a Half Seat Sofa in Heat and Dust

We had to delay delivery due to building works and it took a week for the delivery people to refuse our next preferred delivery date. It all happened in the end and the two Polish guys who made the delivery were excellent as they had to dismantle the sofa and put it back together under tricky circumstances.

I love them both and was very pleased with the service from the coffee and mince pies i was offered in the showroom, to the delivery which was bang on the date i requested.
Now i just have to avoid spilling anything my lovely cream sofa! However, luckily i got fabric protection too...

by Sophie on 6 OctoberWe bought the Lola 2.5 sofabed and the Lola 3 seater sofa. The 3-seater is deep enough for my 6'6" husband to be comfortable on which is great. They're both comfy - the sofabed marginally less so - and I have good feedback on the sofabed as a bed too. The colour is beautiful. Service was faultless, cannot believe the guys got those things through our narrow and awkward entrance. Fully recommend the sofas and the company, very happy.

Easy to order in the showroom and good service received. Swatches freely offered and the postcards of dimensions and photo were very handy too.

My partner had injured his back the evening before so we were unable to move our (extremely light two-seater) sofa out of the way as required. It is understandable that the delivery people are not supposed to move your current sofa but they were quite rude about it. This was a shame but the product is great.
