by Simone on 20 DecemberAbsolutely love our sofa- I didnt imagine it was possible to buy my dream sofa for such a good price. The delivery men took such good care to ensure everything was perfect before leaving as they had to take it apart to get it through our narrow doorway.
Customer service is really important to me for this reason alone i would want to use you again.
I am recommending you to all my friends and cant imagine shopping anywhere else for a sofa- or bed!!

It is just the most perfect companion: it makes me feel safe and secure, it props me up when I'm feeling slouchy, it makes me comfortable when I want to relax and it always tells me I look fantastic (well, maybe not the latter). I think I should've married the sofa instead! On a serious note the Jackon 3 seater is perfect, the service was uber speedy(order Saturday, delivered by Tuesday, amazing!), the chaps who put it together quick and polite and I now have a welcoming, cosy room for all my Christmas guests. The sofa is the second pice of furniture I've bought from you (I have a gorgeous bed also), I will no doubt be back for more pieces soon!

by Vanessa on 23 NovemberAt a time when customer service seemed to be noon existent within the UK, we come across Sofa.com. The whole experience from start to finish has been delightful and has restored my faith.
Right from the beginning with the usability of the website to visiting the warehouse in Chelsea, we weren't given the hard sell, yet given time to experience the products and helpfully informed where necessary.
We then ordered a sofa that we thought would take weeks to deliver, to receive an email the following day confirming delivery within a week!
The delivery men were on time, quick and very pleasant.
We weren't sure about the colour we had chosen, but had a very helpful chat over the phone and the delivery men arrived again to swap the covers free of charge a few days later.
We love our sofa, and we love Sofa.com and are recommending them to our fiends all over town.

The wrong legs were despatched twice and also the incorrect feet on the footstool - the backs and also seats needed changing on the 3 seater.
That said everytime we have had an issue it has been dealt with very positively and efficiently to the point now whereby everything is fine and very comfie.

by Ben on 18 NovemberFrom start to finish the service from sofa.com was perfect. We have a very tight staircase with low ceilings and very tight turns. However, because the sofa came in small pieces the Sofa.com delivery men got it in with no trouble at all. The construction was quick with real attention to detail making sure that the fabric etc was as it should be. The sofa is incredibly comfy and quite simply we couldn't've asked for anything more in terms of service and quality of end product. Can not recommend this company highly enough.

Although it wasn't the fabric I had chosen - I prefer White Sand (plus it was more expensive than Biscuit) got a great deal as it was an ex-display model and the girl in the showroom was really helpful. When it arrived they had very kindly put new feet on both the sofa and the chair I bought - but I had wanted the untreated ones as seen in the showroom. Made one phonecall again, to a very helpful person, who said she'd get new feet out straight away - got my new feet and now very happy customer. The Jackson is a SOFAAAAAAAAAA for truly slouching on as it is deep but not too squishy. It is the lovliest most gorgeous sofa I have ever purchased! And not a synthetic fibre in site!
