Dear Diane, Undoubtedly, the Daisy is one of our shallower styles in terms of seat depth and is probably not as comfortable for those of a taller ilk. We are very sorry that the male members of your family are not enjoying it as much as the girls, but hopefully you can see that we have some lovely deep sofas and we are sure you could find something to suit everyone if you did want to take us up on our free return and exchange policy! -

Dear Yotty, Thank you for your feedback, it is always extremely useful in helping us develop and improve as a company. We are also delighted that the delivery guys did us proud and would like to apologise that you do not (at the moment) find the sofa as comfortable as you hoped for. Basically, with feather-filled cushions it does take a short while for the feathers to settle down, break up, and find their place, and after a brief period you will feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of your cushions and the sofa will continue to get more and more comfy the more use it gets. We are sure you will, but if you do not start to find the cushions more comfortable over time, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do all we can to resolve the situation for you. -
