Superb sofas and Kilkenny armchair, very high quality fabric and workmanship. Customer service and delivery couldn't be bettered.
I ordered a three-seater Snowdrop sofa in Duck Egg linen, a three-seater Bluebell in white sand linen and a Kilkenny armchair in fabric purchased elsewhere. The advice and help was superb, website helpful and easy to navigate with good photos to help a dithery person like me! After two years of research (!) I chose to order from Sofa.Com and am so glad I did. Delivery was amazing with polite, efficient chaps who arrived exactly at the time I was told, even though we are in a village with narrow streets in Devon and they drove all the way from London. The fabrics feel beautiful and the colours are lovely, the workmanship is of a really high quality and finish. The chair I commissioned is my favourite with the pattern perfectly matched on the arms and it looks exquisite. I believe the slight firmness in the sofas will soften over time. The back cushions are very comfortable and unlike my old sofas don't need plumping up every time someone sits on them. They always look ready for friends!

Perfect product - great price
We deliberated over a new sofa for a while and after a lot of research kept coming back to Sofa.com. The quality, reviews and fabrics all kept screaming 'do it!!', so we did!
A great sofa - acres of room and more than enough space for 4 people to fit on - the 'generous' sizing is no exageration.
Why this over a cheaper sofa from elsewhere? The fibre/foam filing for the cushions offers a much 'plusher', comfy feeling than foam can alone. The fabrics are great and are protected by an unbeatable level of cover. Finally, the staff were very diligent and helpful, right down to the delivery men who could not have been more charming.
In all, a great investment. Don't dither about!

Just gorgeous.
We have christened our sofa 'our big blue girl' as she is large and lovely. Fabulously comfy, she is the reason why our social lives have taken a hit of late - why go out, when we can be curled up on her?! Aside from the beauty of the product, we found the Sofa.com team to be super, from the pre-order gurus though to the delivery people, who were bang on time, friendly and professional.

Very comfortable and looks lovely
I chose the green velvet fabric and it makes the sofa look very opulent. The service from start to finish was excellent.
My only concern was the delivery at 7am in the morning and the drivers talking really loudly outside I was worried about the neighbours as I heard them before they knocked on the door!

Very cosy and highly regarded
An excellent chaise-longue and very cosy, only complaint being the slight hassle I encountered connecting the two parts together. I look forward to many years comfort while chatting, reading or watching tv.

Great all round service, from purchase to delivery and beyond
We have had a great experience in our dealings with sofa.com. We enjoyed our day in the warehouse, where the staff were endlessly obliging and we were able to take a huge long time, even with kids in tow, to reach our decision. The delivery was marvellous - the delivery men were very efficient and very friendly so it all went very smoothly indeed. And of course the sofa is just what we wanted - superbly comfy and just right for the space. Indeed, it regularly attracts comments, even a month after delivery.

Faultless
An enjoyable experience from start to finish. Showroom was fantastic - greeted by someone who asked us if we wanted a drink and then left to browse at our leisure although there was always someone there to answer any questions we had. Email communication thereafter was efficient and delivery of the sofas on time. Most importantly the sofas are gorgeous and very comfortable.

Comfy, stylish and well made.
Very pleased with this armchair and the Bluebell sofa. Showroom well worth a visit if you are in striking distance. Incredibly friendly staff and inspirational samples. We came away with totally different fabric than we had planned. Service friendly and delivery even earlier than expected. Very pleased. Just hope the linen fabric wears well.

Great sofa and service but cushions shed too many feathers
I have now bought two of these sofas and love them. Only thing I would say is that the scatter cushions I got alongside the sofa are continuously leaking feathers - drives me crazy!

Our sofas are so cosy
We first learned about sofa.com from the Ideal Home magazine and visited the showroom in Chelsea. We were warmly welcomed, offered free coffee and cakes, and enjoyed over 3 hours of sitting, reclining, laying on all the sofas on display. The choice of fabrics is amazing and we had a great time exploring all the options. When we left, together with free fabric samples, all we had to do was be sure of the overall length of two sofas we wanted, not before picking up a free hyacinth! Back home, we measured our space and then ordered two sof on-line. We did have a question afterwards and found it easy to call and quickly talk to a helpful assistant. Even though delivery was quoted as 4-6 weeks, much quicker than many other sofa companies, sofa.com delivered sooner, and with excellent forward notice. And then the time offered was within just +/- 1 hour. The final step was delivery, by two very helpful chaps who quietly installed our new sofas and left taking away all packaging for us to enjoy our lovely cosy sofas. Fantastic. Worth every penny.

Wonderful sofas!
We are thrilled with our 2 Bluebell sofas! We were a little nervous ordering from swatches rather than actually seeing the sofas in a showroom, however when they arrived we were really pleased. They look really stylish and are so so comfy! The fabric is lovely and a great colour. The whole ordering process was really simple and the staff were very friendly over the phone. The two delivery men were very professional and friendly. Couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Sofa.com to anyone and will definitely return once we need another sofa!

These seats look and feel great
Just before they where due to be delivered i phoned and asked if we could change the legs from brass to chrome wheels and the person i spoke to said that was,nt a problem ! , when the seats arrived they gave us a spare set of legs in brass which was very good of them . Very impressed with the seats which are excellent and very comfortable

Great sofa - just what we wanted
The Bluebell love seat is a great sofa. We've a pair of them. Fits two people nicely: it's great point is that it has one cushion, so two people sit more comfortably on it - no sense of falling into the centre together (that we've experienced on other sofas) and delicious to lie across. It's a little deeper than we expected and looks great.

Beautiful Bluebell
Very pleased with our 4 seater Bluebell sofa in pigeon herringbone. It seats 4 of us very comfortably and more - my 6 ft 4 in tall husband can lie flat on it without his head or feet on the arms. It looks classic yet stylish and modern at the same time. It is amazingly comfortable. Customer service is excellent from the showroom to the designated delivery slot. Price is very very good for the quality you get. An all round thumbs up from us.

Looks beautiful
The service in the showroom was really friendly - I was immediately impressed. My couch arrived as planned and it compliments my living area beautifully. While the couch is comfortable, the cushions need to be re-fluffed with a good punching every time it's used. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.

Beautiful shape
Really pleased with the sofa. My only thought is that the fabric is a slightly looser weave than I had hoped and therefore it sheds a bit so that the herringbone is not quite as clear.
I am also slightly nervous that I should have asked for the fabric protection - I love the sofa and am nervous I'll spill something on it!
Customer service was excellent and I will be using sofa.com again.

Soft ripple effect at back of sofa
A little unsure how material fits at back of sofa. Doesn't seem taught enough and creates soft ripple effect to back of sofa. Very comfy, great quality, excellent service and delivery. would certainly recommend product. would certainly use again without a doubt, but does anybody else have this fitting of material issue?

Stylish AND comfy
I found the product, your Customer Services and Delivery Service all fantastic ....... so efficient.
The only thing I had a problem with is that I was not au fait with the fabric protection I had. I got a mark on one of the sofas and tried to get it out with a damp clean cloth and liquid soap, which was wrong as it left a white mark. I presume a dry clean towel or kitchen paper would be the answer to get marks/stains out? Please confirm.
I would recommend you to my friends and family without reservation.

Gorgeous sofa - great value BUT worried about Scotch Guard?
hi, i used sofa.com having been recommended by a friend. Overall start to finish service was absolutely superb. So good in fact, i didn't even hesitate to worry about the fact i was buying 2 sofas without ever having sat on them or seen in real life. They are gorgeous, feel luxurious and i think fabulous value for money. My only worry is that in week one my cat did a little sick on the sofa. The scotch guard was well sold to me with the promise it would protect the sofa from pretty much everything including red wine. However, the cat sick has left a big dirty stain and i am gutted and slightly worried the scotch guard was not a wise investment at £120. Having spoken to family members they have all said i shouldnt have bothered paying the extra as it is a bit of a con? Really very gutted about the stain.
