I was so please when I was told that a sofa in my selected colour was available for a pre christmas delivery. It arrived on time and is the most comfortable sofa I have ever owned. When I had a problem with the carpet fitting date and had to change my delivery from you , nothing was a problem The delivery arrived virtually to the minute that I had been told and the men helpful and friendly. I also bought a bluebell armchair and am totally delighted with both. The whole experience and the resulting furniture is totally great - I am a delighted customer - thank you and well done!!

by Alison on 9 JanuaryBeing a bit bohemian I am not a big sofa person but this one has converted us all with its hospitable firm but soft seating ,low soft arms and trendy elegance which won't date.It. does well as a blank canvas or personalized with at the moment silk cushions and a cotton throw for the cat to sit on.It is great to lie out on to read or sit up for tea ,talking etc In fact we all just love it and feel its a fine addition and great investment.So thankyou to the patient staff for their listening advice not afraid to recommend a colour or material over another.I was most amused at being asked what colour our cat was!The delivery team were cheerful and efficient.To sum up it is the best sofa we could have got ,very fit for purpose.We might try and email you a picture of it in situ!

It actually then took me another 4 years to get round to buying the sofa. Mainly because the first time round the 2 seater was too small and the 3 seater was too big. Then you brought out the 2 and half seater!
The website is simple and effective. The service I received when I went to the showroom was excellent and the delivery was efficient and fast. I would definitely recommend sofa.com to others (in fact I already have).
I'm buying the footstool next. Hopefully soon, but within 4 years!!
