I particularly appreciated the way you handled the delivery. Giving me notice of exactly when you'd arrive meant that I wasn't waiting in all day and was able to drive back from work, let you in (test out the armchair!) and then return to work again.

by Valerie on 16 FebruaryThe chair was a replacement for the Brown velvet snowdrop archair which I purchased and the pleating on the arms and sides became loose and the chair looked a lot older than its 2 years.
The Sunday is a nice looking chair but the cushion is very thin and the fabric on it creases really badly. No one fights to sit on it as they do to sit on my other furniture so I would say it is not very comfy.
Its OK thats the best I could say about it. Would I buy another? No. I would not buy of the internet again. Sorry. However your service is excellent. I think your fabrics need some research as to the suitabilty and wearabilty for the product they are being fitted to. We are, however, delighted that you think so highly of our customer service, as this is an extremely important aspect of the company for us. We are also glad that you appreciate the look of the Sunday, but are naturally disappointed that you don’t find it all that comfortable. We happen to think that Sunday is extremely comfortable and designed for those lazy weekends in front of the television but comfort is one of those subjective things and it is very unfortunate that on this occasion you don’t agree. We can assure you that, over the years the company has been in business, we have conducted varied and extensive research into all of our fabrics, their qualities, and durability, and we would not use them if they were not suitable for purpose, so clearly we are a bit disappointed that you don’t see it this way.
