Excellent service on delivery as well: the delivery men arrived perfectly on time and placed the sofa where I wanted, taking great care not to scratch the wooden floor. They were friendly and efficient, and in a matter of minutes everything was done. They also took away all packaging when they left.
The sofa is wonderful - very comfortable, excellent quality and looks great - and I am absolutely delighted with it. I've looked at a lot of sofas from high-street shops and none of them was anywhere near this for comfort, not to mention price.

by Sophie on 16 AprilAgain, another really excellent piece of furniture. The colour of the velvet was paler than that shown online (which was what the person I spoke to had said and what I wanted). It is solid and lushly comfy. Service great, delivery fantastic. Sole thing to say is that it sort of 'crackles' a bit when you sit on it; bit of an odd noise but that seems to be going away day by day. Really great sofa.

Emilia and Melissa sorted this out quickly and helpfully. Your policy of allowing returns within 2 weeks is also great and really unusual.
