It turned out to be too expensive so I went for Heat and Dust, which I'm very pleased with. Delivery guys turned up bang on time.

by Nicky on 23 JuneWhen the chair was delivered, because of the nature of the material being velvet marks were left on it which were indentations from the packaging. These will disappear in time but it would be nice if they had not been there in the First place

Dear Nicky, As you rightly say, velvet can get marked slightly because of the packaging and although we have minimised it as much as possible, unfortunately every now and again these slight marks can occur during transportation. What is good is that the marks will fall out on their own accord after a relatively short period of time, or equally, this process can be sped up with giving them a light steam with an iron or even a kettle! We appreciate that in an ideal world they would not be there on delivery but sadly on rare occasions this is simply unavoidable. We are in the process of looking at alternative packaging for velvet items so this could well become a thing of the past (completely) in the very near future. -
