Horatio Three seat sofabed in Elephant
by Ashish on 14 MayAm very happy with the service we received. Delivery times that were given were accurate and we were e-mailed with a delivery slot which we could either accept or deny. Another slot was offered immediately until one was suitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we weren't made to feel as if we were being awkward by not being able to accept the first two delivery dates, unlike some other delivery companies.
The delivery men were fantastic and genuinely wanted us to be completely happy with the product that they had delivered. Our sofabed weighed 130kg and there was no moaning about maneuvering it up stairs and round a tight corner.
The sofabed itself is delightfully comfortable, both as a sofa and as a bed. The fabric we chose is top quality (velvet).

But I'm glad it was checked, as I much preferred that to having something delivered and then needing to be returned. And thanks for the extra cushions by way of apology.

by Richard M on 17 NovemberVisited showroom one Saturday afternoon, which was very busy and not too many sales people about. That said, I managed to speak to someone who assisted me with my queries.
Ordered two Horatio two seater sofas on line, but had to call to check details re: card I was using were correct, (they were, and it was my card!).
Received a phone call back from someone at Sofa.com to confirm the order. Was then told it would be about a month for delivery.
Sure enough about month later received an e-mail stating they were going to be delivered the following week. Received a call from the delivery chaps at 10.20(ish) saying they were 20 mins away - then received a further call from Sofa.com saying they had been held up due to an accident on the M25. They eventually arrived, at about 13.10 apologising profusely about how late they were.
The delivery took about 30 mins as they had to take the sofas to pieces to get them in, not too sure about the language used as it was in Polish. That said, they were decent chaps and cracked on with it once here.
Very happy with new sofas, and my cat has taken one over for herself, so I think that says it all.

The seven week delay in delivery detracted slightly from the usual benefits of sofa.com but we had been warned that the Aubergine fabric was out of stock. We enjoyed trips to the showroom which is a great space and child friendly. We felt that budget wise sofa.com fills a clear gap in the quality market. delivery was hassle free and within a helpfully tight time slot.
