by Ishbel on 9 JanuaryDisappointed as the brass wheels on the chair are small so are leaving lots of dents all over wooden floor - hence why I would not recommend it to a friend. However for the rest the chair is excellent.

Dear Ishbel, We are sorry to hear you are having a few problems with your Emma chairs. At present, the design of the Emma is such that it does have the castors as we believe that they truly fit in with the elegance and beauty of the design. We do appreciate, however, that in this case the castors are not suitable for you, so we are currently looking at an alternative leg option for you to hopefully alleviate your problems. We are also extremely sorry about the slight delivery delay, this stemmed from the rather inclement weather conditions we have experienced over the last couple of months which, in turn, impacted on the transportation of the products from the factory. For this we are extremely sorry, but sadly it is just one of those things, and we are glad you felt well informed at all times. -
