Our new sofa is gorgeous. It's so deep, you can just crawl up and chill, or fall asleep! Very happy with overall experience, would recommend to anyone.

After a great deal of sofa searching we found the Isla which we absolutely love, it looks fantastic and has provided a real focus to the room whilst not detracting from the living room as a whole. Thoroughly recommend - baby loves it too!

Everything arrived on time and was set up quickly by the friendly team from sofa. The couch and chair are really comfortable - only danger is spending too much time enjoying them. Thanks for great service and product.

A perfect piece to finish off our kitchen/dinner family space

I love my new sofa! We have been looking for something like this for some time but when I came across sofa.com it looked perfect. It is. The fabric swatches were easy to order and exactly like the descriptions. The ordering could not have been simpler, the payment too, was slick and straightforward. The delivery slot was precisely as promised and smooth and trouble free. We have a difficult house to find. I emailed directions just in case of SatNav failure but they arrived without a problem. The sofa is beautiful. The whole family love it. It was purchased for our TV room which is used all the time and all of us are thrilled with it. It looks and feels sumptuous. Thank you for our lovely sofa! Perfect in every way!

I am happy with the sofa overall. Have not tried the bed yet. The fabric is luxurious. Only negative note: the coloured varnish on the feet of the sofa is prone to marking floors (wooden).

We bought a Sark chair in Lettuce. It is a lovely colour, beautifully made and very comfortable. The service was first class all the way! A most enjoyable experience.

I did a lot of homework before buying the sofa and Sofa.com were the very best value in terms style, quality and service. I'm now looking at an armchair and possibly a new bed!

From start to finish, the service with Sofa.com was excellent. I was never pressured to buy anything in the showroom, and they had delicious drinks and snacks available to make it feel homely. They even have a small area for little ones to watch a DVD or play with a few toys whilst you shop. Delivery was within 4 weeks, and the delivery men were on time, quick to assemble (small doors and dodgy access!) and cleared all the rubbish away too. I am very happy with the sofa, it looks great and is very comfy. It doesn't have 5 stars for comfort as it's a bit firm at the moment but I am sure it'll loosen a little over time. Overall I would highly recommend Sofa.com and would have no hesitation in using them again.
