We love our new bed and found the whole process of dealing with you and your lovely staff just wonderful.(My husband particularly liked the girl in the show room who was so helpful...we can't remember her name but she is blonde with glasses) You have really "cracked it" and we cannot rate you highly enough.He says that all round, it was the best shopping experience he has ever had!

by Deborah on 21 AprilWe love our Smoke Cotton Valentin bed, its very comfortable. The velvet fabric has a really luxurious feel, and when designing around the bed you can go either modern with contemporary lights/furniture/accessories or you can go traditional with chandeliers and the french look. The mattress is less firm than what we thought when we tried in the shop, my husband feels it's a little less firm than he would like, but he will get used to it. Service in the shop was better than I can ever remember having received in any shop in London, the kids were entertained with TV and games and offered drinks while we were able to relax and view the beds. The lady who helped us in the shop offered lots of great ideas about fabric and curtain combinations, she was really fantastic. The website is brilliant, again one of the best websites I have used for furniture, and we could have easily just bought the bed from the website without having gone into the showroom. Overall a much better experience than you would have with an average retailer, and totally stress free. Our bed is divine.

The delivery guys were excellent and didn't bat an eye lid at being asked to carry it up two flights of very narrow stairs.

We had to prop the bed up with books and keep our fingers crossed that War & Peace would stop Auntie Susan's big ass from coming through the struts!
