Dear Barbara, We are sincerely sorry that we had to delay your delivery by a short while. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with the fabric on your bed that occurred during the border checks whilst the bed was being transported from the factory. We certainly didn’t wish to deliver you an imperfect product and so we thought it best to delay the delivery slightly whilst we had a new bed manufactured as the highest priority. We wholly appreciate that this must have been very inconvenient and frustrating for you and we are extremely sorry about this, however, we just didn’t want to deliver you a product that fell short of our high manufacturing expectations and would much rather get you a perfect product a few days later than deliver you an item that is not up to scratch. We truly are sorry about the inconvenience this caused, but sincerely hope the wait was worth it and you enjoying your lovely new bed! -
