Our only regret is that our budget couldn't stretch to your lovely sofas and had to order ours from Habitat and our still awaiting communication after 8 weeks on delivery!

Dear Charles, From the ratings you gave, it seems as though you are very happy with your bed and the service you received throughout the ordering process. We do very much appreciate your feedback, and we just wanted to add a little note about our mattresses. As you rightly say, we are not a mattress company, and as such our range is not enormous. Nevertheless, what this has forced us to do is to conduct a vast amount of research into the few mattresses we do have to ensure that these are the best possible quality and cater to our customers’ desires as much as much as possible, whilst keeping them extremely affordable. We have sold many mattresses over time and our feedback for them is very positive indeed. We appreciate that the comfort of a mattress is a very subjective thing, and we know that our range will not satisfy all people all of the time, but what we do have is 5 of the most comfortable, well-made and reasonably priced mattresses out there. -

by sara on 24 January(i may have some of the names wrong for the type of bed and mattress i chose, can't remember ( topper, very comfy matress,bed head goes up into a point) Quite honestly the most comfy and luxureous bed i have ever owned, we call it our hotel bed! the service was fantastic from start to finish, we also had to keep changing the delivery date (by upto almost a year!!!) and no one ever made a fuss.The only thing i would say, and this is just for your information, is that the smell of the mattress was quite strong and is only just starting to fade. I don't know what the smell is exactly, a combination of chemical and "warehousy" but i don't expect there is alot you can do about it.
