Ordering and delivery

We keep most of our “bestsellers” in stock. It’s best to call us and ask what we have available. If the sofa you order is in stock, then we should be able to deliver it very soon. If we have to make your sofa specially, then delivery will be between four and six weeks. In this case we will contact you normally 1-2 weeks prior to delivery to find you a suitable time.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE within approximately 50 miles or 90 minutes of London (in our little vans). After that we do ask for a contribution towards the cost of delivery starting at £45. Take a look at the map on the right as a guide or pop in your postcode and we can tell you straight away. For non-mainland UK and international orders, we won’t be able to deliver your sofa personally but we can deliver to a port/shipping company of your choice. If you’ve ordered something that we can post to you, delivery is £6 via Parcelforce. For orders over £50, it’s free.

Risk-free ordering and returns

We’ve tried to make things simple. You can order safely either via the website, over the phone or in person at our showroom. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

You can cancel or change your sofa order at any point prior to delivery. In addition, if you do not want your sofa for any reason, (within 14 days of delivery) we will come and collect it. There will be no charge whatsoever, we will refund you in full and we will do our best to be big about it.

N.B. When you order a sofa or bed with bespoke fabric or alternative finishing it is a unique and bespoke item, and your automatic right to return lapses. If you do need to return a bespoke item there is a 35% restocking fee.
