If your sofa is in stock, we’ll have it to you in just two weeks. However, if we have to make it to order we will need four to six weeks. We’ll give you a shout 2 weeks before we deliver it to arrange a convenient time.

how much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE within approximately 50 miles or 90 minutes of London (in our little vans). After that we ask for a small contribution towards the cost of delivery starting at £45. You can pop your postcode in the box above to calculate how much we’d charge.

For non-mainland UK and international orders, we won’t be able to deliver your sofa personally but we can deliver to a port/shipping company of your choice. Please get in touch with our comfy team on 0845 400 2222 for more info.

If you’ve ordered something that we can post to you, delivery is £6 via Parcelforce. For orders over £50,
it’s free.

risk-free ordering and returns

We’ve tried to make things simple. You can order safely either via the website, over the phone or in person at our showroom. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

You can cancel or change your sofa order at any point prior to delivery. In addition, if you do not want your sofa for any reason, (within 14 days of delivery) we will come and collect it. There will be no charge whatsoever, we will refund you in full and we will do our best to be big about it.

N.B. When you order a sofa or bed with bespoke fabric or alternative finishing it is a unique and bespoke item, and your automatic right to return lapses. If you do need to return a bespoke item there is a 35%
restocking fee.
