In Britain, we’ve sold over 45,000 sofas, shed loads of
armchairs, beds, footstools and mattresses and we’ve
received tons of feedback from happy customers.
And here it all is – your feedback – the vast majority is
very good indeed, and a little very not-good-at-all.
Though we will not hide the nasty stuff, and instead,
like big boys, address it and learn from it.
If you want to know what our customers think about a
certain product, no problem. Just find the product that
tickles your fancy on the homepage. Scroll down and
read away. (Some people have even sent us amazing
photos of their sofas at home which you can see down
the right hand side of this page!)
So deep breathe, get comfy, coffee at the ready.
Here we go…
Delighted on every level. Super comfy! Service was terrific from start to finish. The fabric and the colour is lovely. I'm going to order the chair to match and have already recommended Sofa.com.
Great quality, easy ordering and efficient delivery and on time too. Delivery men were so very VERY polite and courteous.Fantastic shopping experience
Very happy with my two Emily Sofas . I was a little apprehensive ordering two sofa's on line having having seen or sat on them . However i am delighted with the quality and style and they are just perfect for my room. A good experience , lovely modern product and great customer service
Love the sofas and buying them was very straightforward. I do recommend visiting the showroom where the styles, fabrics and colours can be seen and tried for real rather than being viewed on the internet. I went for a totally different style and fabric after my visit to Chelsea Wharf.
This sofa is both elegant and comfy . It looks really good in our living room, though it makes the other sofa in there look rather less fabulous...will just have to get another Saturday sofa at some point....
Delivery was excellent - on time, despite the fact that we live in rural Wales. The delivery men were charming , the cherry brandy and chocolate were delicious and our slippers are the talk of the village, though NGL, probably says more about our village than the slippers....
